Return and Exchange Procedure

At Jamali Collection, we are committed to providing top-tier products and excellent customer service. We recognize that there may be instances where a return or exchange is necessary, and we aim to make this process as seamless as possible.

You can request an exchange within 7 days of your purchase. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, please return it within 7 days, and we will efficiently process an exchange within 5 days of receiving the returned items.

For an exchange to be accepted, products must remain in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact. Refunds and exchanges are only applicable within 7 days from the purchase date, requiring proof of purchase such as a receipt or order confirmation. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return courier charges.

Exchange availability depends on current stock levels. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused, with all original tags attached for an exchange to be considered valid. Buyers are responsible for sending the parcel in its original condition and covering return courier charges.

Exchange Procedure:

  1. Capture a picture of the defective part of the item.
  2. Repack the item in its original packaging.
  3. Email us the picture at customersupport@jamalicollection.com indicating your desire to return or exchange.
  4. We will provide the return address.
  5. Visit your local courier service to send us the package.
  6. Upon receipt, we will process the exchange.
  7. Please note, that free-of-charge exchanges are only applicable for visible defects; otherwise, courier charges will apply.

Refund Procedure: If you are dissatisfied with your purchase and meet the eligibility criteria, we offer a refund of the purchase amount. A 20% deduction will be applied for restocking and administrative fees. Refunds will be issued within +92 309 9644007 business days in the original payment form upon receiving the returned product.

Exchanges are only possible for this reason; no refunds will be processed. Refunds will be initiated 2-3 weeks after the company receives courier payments.
